4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Site:

• Payment processing: Our checkout and billing provider handles payment data. We receive payment confirmation only.
• Email delivery (Brevo): Your name and email are shared with Brevo to send course lessons and communications.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4): Anonymized usage data. Governed by Google’s privacy policy.
• WordPress hosting: Our hosting provider stores Site data per their security policies.
• Discord: Participation governed by Discord’s own privacy policy and terms.

We may also disclose information as required by law, or in the event of a business transfer, with advance notice to you.

5. Email Communications

Weekly lesson emails are transactional communications tied to your purchase and are not optional during active course delivery. In addition, we may send course announcements, blog notifications, and occasional promotional emails. All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of marketing at any time without affecting access to purchased content.

We use Brevo to manage email delivery. Brevo may track open and click rates. You can opt out of this tracking by disabling images in your email client or contacting us directly.

6. Cookies & Tracking

• Essential cookies: Required for Site functionality including session management and login state.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): Anonymized data on how visitors use the Site. IP addresses are anonymized.
• Payment cookies: Used by our checkout provider during transactions.

• Submitted work (Coaching tier): 90 days after cohort conclusion, then deleted unless you request otherwise.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for processing. Users in the EEA, UK, or California may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA — we honor those rights regardless of location.

9. Children’s Privacy
